Wandering through the heart of Old Cairo, what stands out is this strong historical landmark of the Cairo Citadel Aqueduct, more commonly known as “Magra El Eyoun” which was built in the Ayyubid dynasty begun by Sultan Salah El Din. This dynasty although was short-lived is considered a glorious period in Egyptian history. This historic wall stands as a strong architectural character shaping Old Cairo’s streets until today, What was once a main means of transportation and connection for fresh water from the Nile River to the Citadel Castle and its nearby neighborhood – is today’s association with powerful historic figure and a rich culture. Nestled in this UNESCO world heritage site is Hilton’s 255 Key property in this destination which to-day remains one of Cairo’s many architectural glorious gems.
This project represents a significant addition to the hotel sector in Cairo, focusing on providing exceptional services that meet the global standards of the Hilton brand.

This project is part of the large-scale development in the New Administrative Capital and includes a hotel operated under the Accor brand. The project will feature 183 hotel rooms and 83 serviced apartments. It is expected to be completed and opened in 2025. The project is being executed in collaboration with Dar Al-Handasa has the general consultant, CSCE as the main contractor, and Fayek Industries (Luxury Living) handling the furniture supply for the guest rooms.

Gaston Maspero’s mind journey is reflected on the design pillars of our project
Maspero’s personal evolution is at the core of thought process we wanted to transcend to the hotel’s guests, how to use his journey as corner stone of the experience we want for the modern-day traveler. As a young man his obsession to understand the ancient cultures through its languages he thought to decipher the codes which was the first stage (the descryption) coming to Cairo in the 1850ies at that time it was amongst one of the most happening places in our part of the world. The most advanced cosmopolitan city rich with cultures from all over the world, a melting pot of ideas and social interaction that were shaping the future of the region this was the second stage (the fusion) once the initial basis of modern Egyptology were founded and instilled by Maspero and his colleagues. He sought the ultimate goal which was to preserve and protect the findings of his life’s work and create an aura of ethereal experiences
Throughout the museums he founded to further celebrate the timeless heritage of our ancient Egyptian heritage culture for all humanity

We are pleased to announce the development of a new Hilton-branded hotel in the vibrant Maspero area of Cairo. This prestigious project will feature 257 elegantly appointed rooms, ranging in size from 34 to 37 square meters, offering guests a refined blend of comfort, convenience, and style.
Scheduled to open on June 30, 2028, the hotel is poised to become a key destination for both business and leisure travelers.
The project is being brought to life through the collaboration of leading industry experts, including interior design by Al-Ghoneimi Office and construction executed by Concord — ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence throughout every phase of development.
Hilton Double Tree – New Alamein City
The project includes a comprehensive design study, with all necessary adjustments made to meet the operational standards of Hilton, the awarded international hotel operator. It features approximately 115 guest rooms along with all essential support and service areas. The design has been developed in close coordination with Hilton to ensure full alignment with their global brand and operational requirements.
According to the number of rooms and their spaces, the building falls under the name of an integrated hotel. The Residents have direct access to the entertainment plaza & the lagoon.
The building is already designed as boutique hotel with room size average 35 to 37 sqm for the standard rooms and 55 to 57 sqm for the suite rooms.
Scheduled to open on June 2028, the hotel is poised to become a key destination for both business and leisure travelers.
